1. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

Well Women Rx provides wellness education and general informational content.

It is not medical care, does not provide diagnosis or treatment, and does not establish a provider–patient relationship.

2. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS

Membership is available only to individuals age 18+.

Members receive access to private educational resources and community spaces hosted through FEA Create and GOKOL.

3. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Members agree to participate respectfully.

Prohibited behavior includes:

Derogatory or hateful language

Harassment or bullying

Sharing harmful medical misinformation

Violating member privacy

Unauthorized promotion or spam

We reserve the right to remove any member at our sole discretion.

Termination for misconduct results in no refund.

4. PAYMENTS + SUBSCRIPTIONS

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Monthly Membership

Auto-renews monthly

Refund available only if canceled within 7 days prior to renewal

Annual Membership

Auto-renews yearly

No refunds on annual payments

Members may cancel renewal at least 7 days prior to renewal date

No free trials are offered.

5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS + DIY COURSES

DIY classes, downloads, and digital workbooks are final sale.

Because these are instantly accessible digital products, all sales are final.

6. LIVE ZOOM SESSIONS

Zoom calls are members-only and not recorded.

Members may not:

Record sessions

Screenshot private discussions

Distribute content outside the membership

Violation may result in termination without refund.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, including:

Frameworks (Vitality ROI™, BioAligned Leadership™, etc.)

PDFs, workbooks, classes

Videos, trainings, written content

Are the exclusive intellectual property of Well Women Network.

You may not copy, reproduce, share, or distribute materials without written permission.

8. TESTIMONIALS

Testimonials may be used in marketing only with express permission from the individual.

9. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee specific health, wellness, or business outcomes.

Your results depend on many individual factors, and participation does not ensure any particular outcome.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Well Women Network is not liable for:

Decisions you make based on educational content

Member-to-member interactions

Any indirect or consequential damages

Use of services is at your own risk.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in Colorado courts.
